Height of Tower
The minimum height of the tower should equal:
1.) Base depth +
2.) The number of arms multiplied by arm depth +
3.) Space between the arms (load height + clearance) multiplied by number of spaces +
4.) 12" minimum above top of last arm.
**Recommended vertical clearance between arm and load is 6".

Cantilever Base Length
The cantilever base should be at least as long as the cantilever arms.
In addition, a minimum height to depth ratio of 6 to 1 is recommended. For example an 18' tall tower would require at least a 3' long base. A 24' tower would require at least a 4' long base.
Cantilever Tower and Base Anchorage
Each tower must be securely anchored to the concrete with 1 -3/4" wedge anchor.
Each base must be securely anchored to the concrete with 2 -3/4" wedge anchors.
3/4" Wedge Anchors
Provide the required anchorage of towers and base to concrete.
Require minimum embedment of 4 3/4". Be sure your concrete slab is thick enough to achieve minimum embedment.

Installation Notes
All holes in the base to tower connection must be used.
All towers must be erected in a plumb condition on a concrete slab.
Torque all 3/4" bolts to 250 ft-lbs. Torque all 3/4" wedge anchors to 150 ft-lbs.
If provided, HR Installation guides or drawings supercede all installation instructions. (For example, different torques, different anchorage requirements, etc. may be specified in installation guides or drawings.)
