designed to reduce the amount of aisle space required therefore,
increasing storage density and utilizing space efficiently. A forklift
truck can enter from one side and lower its load. In it basic form, this
type of rack includes upright columns, bracing, and load rails on which
palletized materials are stored.
This system uses the first in last out
inventory rotation method. Hancock Drive-ins will be completed with top
ties, rear beams, and rub rails on the floor level. Drive-thru rack
systems are also available which would include top bracing. drive-in and
drive-thru rack are good at utilizing floor space and reducing the number
of aisles.
